Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jeetbuuj platform in any capacity — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or simply viewing the website — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jeetbuuj and, if applicable, close your account.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jeetbuuj services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree that all information submitted to jeetbuuj during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. jeetbuuj uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbuuj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jeetbuuj will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeetbuuj support immediately at support@jeetbuuj.

jeetbuuj reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the account has been registered or is being used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jeetbuuj supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your chosen payment provider. jeetbuuj does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile financial service or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which jeetbuuj bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as operationally possible. Before processing a withdrawal — particularly a first withdrawal or a withdrawal above a specified threshold — jeetbuuj may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents may include a copy of your national ID, proof of the payment method used, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

• Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• jeetbuuj reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees, tax withholdings, or bonus-related obligations from withdrawal amounts before processing.
• Any funds deposited through a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• jeetbuuj does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds in your account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time jeetbuuj offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the point of offer. By accepting a bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotional offers on jeetbuuj include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jeetbuuj reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• jeetbuuj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend the terms of an active promotion, or cancel a bonus credited to your account if it has reason to believe the offer was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.

jeetbuuj does not permit bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, or exploiting a technical error in the bonus system. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

By using jeetbuuj, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any item in this list constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jeetbuuj, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities — whether in games, the payment system, or the promotional engine — to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be considered void.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino games such as poker or blackjack.
• Using jeetbuuj for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that contravenes applicable financial crime legislation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward jeetbuuj support staff or other players.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a payment made to jeetbuuj through your bank or payment provider without first seeking resolution through jeetbuuj support.

Intellectual Property

All content available on jeetbuuj — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data, and proprietary technology — is the intellectual property of jeetbuuj or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jeetbuuj solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on jeetbuuj without prior written consent.
• Use the jeetbuuj name, logo, or brand identity in any promotional, commercial, or marketing context without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the jeetbuuj platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from jeetbuuj using automated means.

All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the originating studio. Your right to play those games is entirely conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on jeetbuuj that is subsequently found to contain errors or omissions.
• Any financial losses associated with gambling activity on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jeetbuuj does not guarantee any outcome.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

Nothing in these Terms limits jeetbuuj's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. jeetbuuj's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jeetbuuj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jeetbuuj's internal complaints process should be directed in writing to support@jeetbuuj. jeetbuuj will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
